Weaving 1, 2, 3 – Math, Motor Skills, and Masterpieces

Weaving can be as easy as 1, 2, 3 — just ask Jo Ann Borkinski, an Edward Street Master Teacher who has over 34 years of experience in the early childhood profession.

Jo Ann recently introduced her preschool students to weaving, providing them with a one-of-a-kind learning experience to help them get their creative juices flowing, build their fine and gross motor skills, and much more.

Attend Edward Street's 4th annual Children's Art Show to see student masterpieces and discover how weaving bridges the gap between artistic expression and cognitive development.
