Arrearage Program

As of November 1st the Worcester Community Action Council (WCAC) will no longer be handing the arrearage program. Utility companies are starting a new arrearage program and customers have to call and enroll with them directly.

Information you need when you call: Caller must be customer of record and qualify for any means-tested public benefit, or be eligible for LIHEAP (fuel assistance). Customer should have account number, daytime contact phone number.
